Mark Cosentino, MD

Dr. Mark O. Cosentino is a Board Certified, fellow-ship trained MD. Dr. Cosentino graduated from Tufts University in Medford, MA where he received his BS. He received his MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

 Dr. Cosentino performed a CT/MRI/Ultrasound Fellowship and his radiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He also did additional subspecialty training in Neuroradiology and Mammography at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He came to Morristown Medical Center immediately following his fellowship in September of 1992.

 Dr. Cosentino was appointed as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is currently the Clinical Instructor and attending Radiologist at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

 Research:

 Physics R and D, Siemens Medical Division, Erlangen, West Germany. Tested various potential mammography grid material absorption characteristics and their effect on resolution.
